Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is driver of the vehicle from which 630 litres of liquor was recovered. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Matihani Police Station Case No. 32 of 2019,
