The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged against the petitioner to have assaulted and gave repeated blow with 'garasa' to cousin brother of the informant namely Guddu Kumar. The injury caused, found to be grievous in nature.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioner has also received injury. It is further submitted that in the background of land dispute, the accusation has been levelled.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14769 of 2015 (2) dt.13-04-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No.129 of 2014, pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
