JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 448, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner who is full brother of the informant allegedly caused injury at the head of the informant with Farsa. The Doctor has found simple injury at the head of the informant.

After hearing the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause injury, the prayer of anticipatory bail is refused.
