The petitioner was a transporter of food grains for the year 2013-14 and from April, 2015 to June, 2015, May, 2015 to August, 2015 and October, 2015 to February 2016 and has claimed that he has carried out the work as per the work order and the total outstanding dues amount against the B.S.F.C. is of Rs. 4,88,72,740/- and the same has not been paid to the petitioner as yet.

Let the petitioner should file a detailed representation along with supporting material to show that he has carried out the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11581 of 2017 dt.21-09-2017 work of the value of such amount along with the present order. If such a detailed representation is filed by the petitioner with the supporting material within a period of eight weeks from today, the Managing Director, B.S.F.C. will examine it and pay the admitted dues to the petitioner. If he arrives to a different finding, in such circumstances, he will be obliged to give notice and hear the petitioner and will pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
