2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No. 153 of 2022, registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 436, 186, 188, 332, 333, 338, 353, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, a mob of 100-150 miscreants committed chaos and dismantled the railway track and police vehicle.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is not named in the FIR and is a person of clean antecedent.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Naugachia in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No. 153 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
