The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Baheri P.S.Case No.250 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B/34 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant mother of the deceased made allegation that his daughter was subjected to physical and mental torture due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry and she was killed. The dead body of her daughter was found in a heap of husk. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. Deceased had a son aged about three years. The informant has not made any allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioners. The informant herself stated that her daughter committed suicide. Petitioners have no manner of concern with the

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are father-in-law and the mother-in-law of the deceased, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Darbhanga in Baheri P.S.Case No.250 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
