2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following reliefs:- "(a) For a direction upon the Respondent Central Coalfields Limited to

Patna High Court CWJC No.9708 of 2025(2) dt.26-06-2025 2/3 reimburse the medical expenses incurred to the tune of Rs. 1, 32, 769.12 [Rupees One Lakh Thirty Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Nine Rupees and Twelve Paisa only] with appropriate interest, by the Petitioner, a retired employee, for his treatment under the Contributory Post Retirement Medicare Scheme For Executives (CPRMSE) for which the petitioner had submitted valid bills in August, 2020 itself. (b) To pass any other order/orders in shape of a consequential relief to which the Petitioner may be found to be legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the instant case at hand."

Learned Counsel for the Central Coalfields Limited is present and raised preliminary objection that respondent office is situated at Ranchi, the cause of action has also arisen at Ranchi, therefore, the case should be filed at Hon'ble Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi, and not before Hon'ble Patna High Court.

4. After some argument, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application for availing his remedy before the Hon'ble Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi.

5. Permission is accorded.
