In this case, the petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Janata Bazar P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 498(A)/349 of the Indian Penal Code Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is the Gotni. The marriage of the Informant was solemnized with Rajesh Tiwary @ Tinku and, at the time of marriage, huge quantity of money was transacted. The ornaments were also given.

The allegation has been made that the husband, the petitioner (Gotni) including her Bhaisur were using to torture her for demand of dowry. She got it informed to her parents who came there and she went to her Naihar with him.

No.37756 of 2019(2) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 Looking to the relationship of the petitioner with the Informant, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate V, Saran at Chapra in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioner for investigation/interrogation, she will remain present and if she would not present herself, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been canceled.
