JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 Having heard the parties, in my view, this application, which seeks restoration of order dated 13.02.2015 is fit to be rejected.

This court noticed the submission of learned counsel for the State and found no infirmity in the order which was under challenge. However, the application was dismissed as nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Considering the fact stated in the application and submission made in support thereof, I do not find that any case for restoration is made out. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
