JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-09-2015 The petitioner prays to quash punitive bill of Rs. 1, 81,494/- against his Consumer Service Connection no. 41041 LTIS-1.

The petitioner states that pursuant to inspection dated 29.1.2009, aforesaid punitive bill has been raised and Digha Police case no. 203 of 2013 has been lodged alleging that the petitioner was engaged in drawing energy from the pole. The petitioner has also filed objection petition dated 13.10.2013 against the provisional assessment, a copy of which is contained in Annexure 5. He further submits that against the said bill he has already deposited more than one lakh.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has already
