Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint case no. 1727/2013 in which cognizance has been taken under section 498A of the IPC as well as section 3/ 4 of the D.P. Act. Petitioner no.1 is said to be mother-in-law whereas petitioner no.2 is said to be father-in-law of the complainant. Admittedly, marriage was solemnized in the year 2006 and the present case was filed in the year 2013 without having made any specific allegation against these petitioners. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7865 of 2015 (2) dt.27-02-2015 named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Complaint case no. 1727/2013 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
