ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner being the husband of deceased lady is apprehending his arrest in connection with Taraiyan P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, case diary of the present case was called for, which has since been received.

The Viscera report was also called for from the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, which has been received in this court today which indicates that she died on account of poisoning as Endosulfan was found in the plastic jar containing the viscera of the deceased sent at the time of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18632 of 2016 (5) dt.01-09-2016 postmortem. It has been stated in the report that Endosulfan is a Chloro-Organic pesticide which is commonly used in agriculture for killing pests, and is poisonous.

In view of the Forensic Science Laboratory report, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.

Let the Forensic Science Laboratory report be sent to the Court below for being placed on record.
