In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No.124 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the F.I.R., it appears that on account of family dispute, under the spur of the moment, the petitioner inflicted stick blow on the head of his father, as a result of which, he died.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it was not the intention of the petitioner to kill his father but, on account of sudden quarrel, the petitioner in the heat of the

Looking to the entirety of the matter, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 124 of 2020, subject to the condition that the petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
