If the official record sent to the Bihar School Examination Board by the Principal of the school in question does not indicate any marks in the internal assessment then the Board cannot provide marks or declare results contrary to what has been forwarded by the school in relation to the petitioner.

This Court is not willing to investigate as to why such a position has emerged. It is left open to the petitioner to do the same.
