2. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Deoriya P.S. Case No.02 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the POCSO Act.

3. The prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner was twice rejected by this Court vide detailed order dated 01.12.2020, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.26393 of 2020 and order dated 30.03.2022, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.42878 of 2021.

4. Having heard the parties and perusing the materials on record, I do not find any new ground to entertain this application.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42065 of 2023(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 direction to the learned court below to conclude the trial within a period of one year.
