1. Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The grounds taken by the Learned counsel for the respondents that the Writ petition has become infructuous, as the main prayer of the Writ petition is for release of the vehicle which was auctioned on 10.08.2018.
3. Today, the Learned counsel for the petitioner reported to the Court that the petitioner is no more and his legal representatives intends to
Patna High Court CWJC No.16332 of 2018(4) dt.15-07-2025 2/2 challenge the orders of the respondents before the appropriate authority. As of now, there is no order passed against the legal heirs regarding substitution. The legal heirs of the sole petitioner are always at liberty to make appropriate representation before the concerned authority to pursue their remedies.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ petition stands closed.
