Prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was earlier refused by this Court vide order dated 18.2.2020 (Annexure 1). No fresh ground has been made out by learned counsel for the petitioner for consideration of bail petition of the petitioner.

It is dismissed with direction to the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail within a period of six weeks from today which would be disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
