JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Bipin Kumar, learned counsel for the opposite party. Perused the mediation report. According to the mediation report dated 10.11.2022, the parties could not arrive at an amicable settlement on their disputes and differences, hence, the mediation failed.

Today learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the opposite party have been heard. After a detailed discussion, it has been agreed between the two learned counsels who say that they are agreeing on instruction that opposite party shall pay at the rate of Rs. 15,000/- per month with effect from this month to the petitioner. The opposite party shall also make available the canteen card and the medical card so that the petitioner being his legally wedded wife may avail the facilities of the canteen and the medical expenses. Patna High Court CR. REV. No.973 of 2018(10) dt.05-12-2022 2/2 submits that the opposite party shall continue to pay a sum of Rs. 15,000/- per month within first seven days of the month in the account of the petitioner. He will continue with the online payments to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file an appropriate application for enhancement of the maintenance amount as and when it is found that the salary of the opposite party has increased substantially after expiry of certain reasonable period. In view of the aforesaid amicable resolution of the disputes between the parties, this Revision Application is disposed of. The parties shall abide by their assurances/statements as recorded above. Liberty, as prayed, will be available to the petitioner. This application stands disposed of accordingly. The impugned order passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Lakhisarai in Maintenance Case No. 09/2013 is modified to the aforesaid effect.
