The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 /4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It appears that petitioner has earlier moved before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail which was rejected vide order dated 24.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17007 of 2021.

No new ground has been raised by the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38487 of 2022(3) dt.09-11-2022 2/2 counsel for the petitioner to take a different view in the matter.

Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.
