Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
On recovery of dead body from a water channel the First Information Report against unknown was registered. Subsequently, during investigation name of the petitioner transpired.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15016 of 2015 (2) dt.12-05-2015 that co-accused Jiuat Yadav has been granted regular bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 6575 of 2015, this Court seen no reason. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 243 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.
With above observation this application is disposed of.
