This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner being aggrieved with the order dated 31.01.2020 passed by the D.I.G. of Police, Sahabad Range Rohtas (Annexure-P/9), whereby the disciplinary authority dismissed the services of the petitioner and also challenged the order dated 14.07.2020 passed by the appellate authority, whereby the appellate authority also dismissed the appeal vide its order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.9449 of 2025 dt.26-06-2025 2/2 21.05.2022 (Annexure-P/11).

3. From perusal of paragraph no. 30 of the writ petition, it appears that against the order passed by the appellate authority, a Review Petition has already been filed by the petitioner before the D.G. of Police, Bihar.

4. Counsel for the petitioner on being asked submits that he is not aware about the fact that whether the Review Petition is till pending or disposed of.

5. Taking into consideration the above submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, it would be appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the concerned respondent i.e. D.G. of Police, Bihar, Patna to consider and decide the review petition preferred by the petitioner, as mentioned in paragraph no. 30 of the writ petition, if not decided yet, as early as possible within 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
