Petitioner is in custody in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 530 of 2018 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that the petitioner and others abused the informant and also assaulted the informant by fist which caused bleeding.

The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35102 of 2019(2) dt.28-05-2019 2/2 16.12.2018 and there is allegation of giving fist blow, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 530 of 2018.
