The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is non-consideration of his case for grant of Graduate Trained Scale in terms of Rule 15(Ch)(iii) of Bihar Panchayat Panchayat Primary Teachers (Employment and Service Condition) Rules, 2012.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed representation dated 3.2.2017, as contained in Annexure-4 before Block Development Officer-cum-Member
Patna High Court CWJC No.13292 of 2017(2) dt.05-12-2017 2/2 Secretary, Block Teachers Employment Committee, Andar District- Siwan, respondent No. 6. He submitted that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Block Development Officer to take a final decision on the representation, Annexure-4.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Block Development Officer-cum-Member Secretary, Block Teachers Employment Committee, Andar District- Siwan, respondent No. 6 to dispose of the representation as contained in Annexure-4 within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
