The petitioner is in custody in connection with Harnaut (Kalyanbigha) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.03.2019.

Referring to the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she has stated that she voluntarily accompanied the petitioner and there is no case of any kidnapping.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35415 of 2019(2) dt.30-05-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut (Kalyanbigha) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2019.
