Shri Fazle Karim, learned counsel for the informant, on instructions, submits that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the trial is nearing completion. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the informant, the Court, for the present, is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. His prayer for bail is thus rejected.

In the event, if the trial is not finally concluded within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of
