The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(a)(f) of the Excise Act.
96 bottles of 200 ml each of country made liquor were recovered from the Splendor Pro motorcycle being driven by co accused Gaman Das. The petitioner is the owner of the said motorcycle.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not apprehended on spot and it was Gaman Das who was carrying the alleged illicit liquor. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no
