JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged by the Junior Engineer of electricity department that the petitioner along with other person entered into the office and damaged the furniture and other articles. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that complaint was made for not removing the live wire from the residential area, hence the present case has been lodged on the telephonic message of the informant who was actually not present in the office.
The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15785 of 2015 (2) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case NO. 502 of 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Dehri.
Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
