On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application explaining omission on part of the petitioner, the same is allowed and the M.J.C. No. 4588 of 2011 and C.W.J.C. No.11117 of 2006 are restored to its original files and numbers subject to the condition that a cost of Rs.500/- ( Five hundred rupees) will be paid by the petitioner to learned counsel appearing
