The grievance of the petitioner is that despite submission of the report by the District Education Officer on behalf of the District Magistrate, Araria and forwarded to the Chairman of the Sanskrit Shiksha Board for processing the application for grant of affiliation, nothing has been done since 2014 and because of the indecision, petitioner has been compelled to approach the High Court for a direction.

Since a report by a covering letter no. 354, dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.7032 of 2016 dt.09-08-2016 2/2 22.11.2014 has been forwarded and annexed as Annexure-8, which is supposed to be the enquiry report in relation to the school in question, let the Chairman of Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board take a decision and forward its recommendation to the State Government in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of communication / production of a copy of this order. Petitioner has freedom to submit copy of the report, which is supposed to be the recommendation or the finding of the District Education Officer, Araria on behalf of the District Magistrate, Araria, in case the same cannot be traced out.
