2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 841 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 331(1), 305 of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have committed theft in a flat.

4. The name of the petitioner has come in this case on the basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused and his face has also been captured in the CCTV footage.

5. The petitioner is accused in 12 more cases.

6. In view of the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. The petitioner is directed to surrender within one

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37846 of 2026(2) dt.16-06-2026 2/2 week from today and pray for regular bail failing which the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna will take all steps for arrest of the petitioner.
