Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 156, 157, 158, 188, 341, 342, 353 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that petitioner along with fifty unknown persons tried to built a mosque over a disputed land on which proceeding under Section 144 Cr.P.C was already initiated.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the only allegation made against the petitioner is that the petitioner was present on the place where other accused persons were ready to make construction. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.12855 of 2015 (2) dt.26-03-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 461 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
