This application for regular bail arises out of Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 551 of 2019, disclosing offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2019. His prayer for regular bail was earlier rejected by an order of this Court dated 29.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10325 of 2020. The petitioner has criminal antecedent as appears from the statement made in paragraph-3 of the application. It appears from the order of this Court dated 29.02.2020, that considering confessional statement of coaccused Ranjit Choudhary, leading to recovery of stolen motor vehicle, the petitioner's prayer for regular bail was rejected.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48821 of 2021(3) dt.24-11-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that co-accused Ranjit Choudhary has been allowed regular bail by this Court by an order dated 23.06.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7742/2021.

Considering the fact that co-accused Ranjit Choudhary has been allowed regular bail by this Court, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Sharsa in S.Tr. No. 93 of 2020 arising out of Saharsa P.S. Case No. 551 of 2019.
