The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 1.9.2010, by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Saharsa has allowed maintenance to the Opposite Party No.2 in Misc. case No.357 of 2008.

On going through the records of the case filed herein, I do not find any merit in the application. The same is dismissed. However, the Trial Court is directed to take stringent steps for compliance of the order.
