JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 29-11-2017 The order passed on the writ petition is stated to have been complied in paragraph 5 of the show cause. It is also stated that the back wages have been sanctioned vide order passed on 3.11.2017. Today Mr. Direndra Kumar, learned Assisting Counsel to Additional Advocate General No.6 produces a receipt given by the petitioner on receipt of the back-wages dated 21.11.2017. Let the receipt be maintained on record.

Learned counsel seeks liberty to represent in case of any calculation mistake therein.

It goes without saying that if there be any dispute on the calculation of back wages, the petitioner would be at liberty to represent before the authority concerned and who shall consider and dispose of the same by a speaking order.

The contempt proceeding is accordingly disposed of with the liberty aforementioned.
