2. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have compromised. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.2 also does not dispute the said submission.
3. At this stage, the learned counsel Special P.P. submits that allegation against this appellant is of assaulting Sanjeev by knife causing injury who was treated. It is also submitted that if parties have compromised in that event the appellant should surrender and seek bail.

4. The learned Special P.P. further submits that in the event if the informant does not oppose the bail application of the appellant on surrender, automatically the appellant would be enlarged on bail.
5. At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal with liberty to move before the learned trial court seeking regular bail based on compromise.
6. Permission is accorded.
