During course of preparation of spurious wine police conducted raid and during course thereof, Paltan Yadav and Umesh Singh were apprehened while remaining succeeded in their escape who, as per inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement of co-accused, happens to be petitioner Indrajeet Singh as well as Sheo Bihari Singh. Furthermore, the articles in terms of seizure list were seized therefrom.

Accordingly, petitioner Indrajeet Singh @ Indrajeet Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ayar P.S. Case No.95 of 2014
