The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 228 (C) of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/406/504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the conflicting stand adopted by the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to these petitioners. It is accordingly rejected.
