JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being parents of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 315, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand and getting the pregnancy terminated. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation of torture is omnibus and general against the petitioners. The police, after investigation, have submitted chargesheet levelling the accusation only under Sections 498A/341/323/504//34. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the thrust of accusation is against the husband.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the
