JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2021 The present writ petition has been filed seeking promotion on the post of Principal inasmuch as the junior to the petitioner has been appointed as Incharge Principal of the Nationalized Ramjewar Senior Secondary School, Aurai, Muzaffarpur.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner shall be approaching the Principal Secretary, Education Department,

Patna High Court CWJC No.475 of 2021(2) dt.23-03-2021 2/2 Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievance in accordance with the policy of the Government, hence, liberty be granted to the petitioner to do so.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, by filing appropriate representation and in case, such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, shall pass necessary orders in accordance with law and as per the policy of the Government, upon the representation of the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
