====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner killed informant's daughter for non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and no specific overt has been alleged against the petitioner. petitioner lives separately and has no concern with the affairs of the deceased and her husband. He is in custody since

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Sessions Trial No. 166 of 2021.
