The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 104/2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 304B, 120B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no. 1 is the mother-in-law of the deceased whereas petitioner no. 2 is the younger brother-in-law and petitioner no. 3 is a co-villager.

It is categorically stated on behalf of the petitioners that the husband of the deceased is already in jail custody. It is further stated that it has been noted in the order passed by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18620 of 2016 (2) dt.10-05-2016 Sessions Judge referring to para-6 of the case diary that the daughter of the informant was ill and informant had appeared before him stating that his daughter died due to natural death. It is contended that petitioner no. 1 is lady, petitioner no. 2 is younger brother-in-law and petitioner no. 3 is a co-villager who has nothing to do with the family matters of petitioner no.1. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Sunaina Devi, Anil Das @ Anil Kumar Das and Gagan Das be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Bairgania P.S. Case No. 104/2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
