Patna High Court CWJC No.7615 of 2016 (2) dt.19-09-2016 2/2 Considering the fact that with regard to the dispute over the land, which forms the subject matter of this Public Interest Litigation, BLT No.1379 of 2015 is pending, where even the present petitioner has appeared, it is clear that this Public Interest Litigation is wholly misconceived and the right, if any, of the parties concerned shall be determined, in accordance with law, in BLT No.1379 of 2015.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, we close this further proceeding of the Public Interest Litigation and direct the Bihar Land Tribunal to deal with, and dispose of, BLT Case No.1379 of 2015, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by the Bihar Land Tribunal. The petitioner shall remain at liberty to furnish to the learned Tribunal a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition and annexures thereto.
