JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of writ of certiorari for setting aside/ quashing the clause 6 of the advertisement No.02/2019 dated 04.03.2019 (Annexure-4) issued by the Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, for inviting application from eligible candidates for appointment of Amin on contract basis whereby and whereunder the cutoff date of calculation of maximum age of the candidate has been fixed on 01.01.2019. (ii) For issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to publish fresh notification giving 7 years relaxation in maximum age of the candidates of category wise, because after come into force of the Bihar Special Survey and Settlement Act no vacancy has come."

The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that selection process is over, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition be disposed off.
