The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.344 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The allegation against the petitioner is to have committed murder of daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40812 of 2024(2) dt.16-07-2024 2/3 with the present case. It is submitted that petitioner is unmarried Dever of the deceased and he is living separately and he has no concerned with the domestic affairs of the deceased and her family. It is submitted that the allegation as regard to assault and demand is general and omnibus in nature against this petitioner. It is submitted that the husband of the deceased, namely, Pappu Bind has already been granted privilege of regular bail by a learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court through Cr. Misc. No.10235 of 2023 on 16.10.2023. It is submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, opposes the prayer of bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and as present petitioner is unmarried Dever, who is living separately and as allegation as regard to assault and demand of dowry against this petitioner is general and omnibus in nature, let the above-named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the trial court within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV,
