Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sikraul P. S. case no. 114/2014 registered under sections 406, 409 and 420/34 of the IPC.
The accusation against the petitioners is that they purchased solar light violating the direction of the State Government. The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that purchase in question was made in the year 2006- 2011 and direction of the State Government came in the year 2010 and having more or less similar allegation several persons in other cases have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by different benches of this court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10577 of 2015 (2) dt.20-03-2015 and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Sikraul P. S. case no. 114/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
