JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order of this Court has been complied with inasmuch as the District Establishment Committee, Khagaria has already passed an order dated 31.10.2018, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to challenge the same.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
