2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

3. Petitioner seeks bail who is in custody since 22.11.2022 in connection with Ghoswari P.S Case No. 181 of 2022, F.I.R. dated 20.11.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. According to prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioner have killed the grand daughter of the informant by pressing her neck.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he has falsely been

He further submits that as per the allegation alleged in the F.I.R. the petitioner has killed his own daughter along with other co-accused persons who including the step mother, grand father and uncle of the deceased. He further submits that the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R is also supported by the medical evidence (postmortem report).

6. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Ghoswari P.S Case No. 181 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate I Class, Barh, Patna.

8. Prayer is refused.
