====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-12-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case under sections 452, 380, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner states that the allegation of teasing the girl is against Sunny Hari, Chunna Hari and Birju Hari and allegation against him is that when the informant and her husband protested before the patents of the boy, he declined to interfere in the matter. He further states that the allegation is general and omnibus against him.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest and surrender, let the petitioner Ram Hari be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) Police Station Case No. 500 of 2011.
