20-05-2016 Heard Sri Jitendra Kumar Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Complaint Case No. 1027(C) of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in a business dispute, false case was instituted by the complainant.
Be that as it may, in view of nature of accusation, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the petitioner namely Ramesh Rai be enlarged on bail on
