JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and B.R.A. Bihar University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').
2. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 2 to 4, in which the stand is that Rs. 17,16,134/- has been paid to the petitioner which is his total admissible retiral dues.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the Court finds that the writ petition has served its purpose and accordingly, the same stands disposed off.
4. However, if anything further remains unpaid, it shall be open to the petitioner to make a representation to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.11614 of 2017 (4) dt.09-03-2018 2/2 Vice Chancellor of the University, who shall consider such representation, in accordance with law.
